Featherwood CRE was founded in 2013 by Jeff Oetting and Brandon Farine with a simple goal:

Build a Houston commercial real estate practice where the brokers stay directly involved in the work.

Headquartered in the Clear Lake area of Houston, Featherwood serves tenants, landlords, and investors across the Greater Houston market, from the Inner Loop and Galleria to the Bay Area, Katy, Sugar Land, Westchase, and The Woodlands.

The firm is intentionally hands-on. Jeff Oetting and Brandon Farine lead engagements as brokers, while Zach Oetting and Josh Parnell support outreach, market research, analysis, and deal execution. Every client benefits from the full team’s involvement.
